Due to the Covid19 outbreak, deliveries in New Zealand will all be contactless. We use NZ Post and Courier Post as our delivery operators. Contactless delivery was implemented by NZ Post/Courier Post early in the outbreak and will continue whilst this is necessary.
If you are happy for your parcel to be left somewhere - please still select the 'No signature' option for delivery, and leave an Order Note for where you would like the parcel left. Please keep notes brief to ensure they are not cut off. Maximum is around 100 characters.
NZ Post Notification
New Zealand Post has introduced strict rules around parcel delivery to avoid physical contact and help prevent the spread of coronavirus.
Starting today, drivers will no longer get signatures even on parcels. Drivers will instead knock on the door, then step back two metres (or as far back as safe).
They will wait for the occupant to open the door and - if a signature is required - ask for the recipient's name. They will then leave the parcel in a "sensible place" for the customer to pick up once the driver has left.
