To reset your account password
- Go to www.lolliesnz.co.nz
- Click the 'My Account' tab
- Locate and click the 'Lost your password?' link (under the login button)
- Enter the email address you think you used on your last order
- Click 'Reset Password' button

You can try several emails until you get the right one
